Invasion Legacy is a free mobile companion app for the Invasion Legacy Youth & Young Adults Conference (July 21–24, 2026), hosted by Invasion / Mark Barclay Ministries at Living Word Church, 2010 N. Stark Rd, Midland, MI.
The app is published by Living Word International (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. In plain terms: the app does not collect any personal information about you, and it does not require an account.

You do not create an account to use this app. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, photos, contacts, or location. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or location.
When you first open the app, you can choose a track — Youth, Young Adult, or Leader — so we can show you the most relevant schedule and content. This choice is a simple preference stored only on your device; it is not personal information and is never sent to us or anyone else. You can change it anytime in your profile.
To make the app useful, a small amount of information is saved in local storage on your device only. It stays on your phone or tablet, is never sent to any server, and includes your chosen track, favorited sessions, in-app activity, a cached copy of the schedule (for offline use), and your Bible reading position, notes, and highlights.
Because this information lives only on your device, it is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. You can also clear it anytime using “Reset app data” in the app.
The app’s live content — schedule, menus, leaderboard, and links — is fetched read-only from public Google Sheets published by the conference organizers. The app only downloads information to show you; it never sends any information about you in these requests.
To bring you videos, brackets, games, and photos, the app embeds or links to a few outside services. When you use these features you are interacting with those services, and their own privacy policies apply. We do not control them and do not receive personal information from them:
The app does not include a general web browser. These features either play embedded content or open the specific service externally.
This version of the app does not send push notifications and does not use any notification, messaging, or reminder service. No device token or notification identifier is ever created or sent.
This app contains no analytics tools, no tracking technologies, and no advertising. We do not use any advertising identifier (such as IDFA), and the app does not track you across other apps or websites. There are no marketing, attribution, or crash-reporting tools built into the app.
This app is intended for a conference audience of ages 12 and older. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. We do not ask children for their name, email, photos, location, date of birth, or any other personal details, and nothing about any user is sold or shared. We designed the app to be mindful of children’s privacy laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Because we do not collect or store any of your information on our servers, there is nothing about you for us to retain, sell, or delete on our end. The only information the app saves is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
